James P. Swanson

James P. Swanson age 69 of Hastings, passed away at his home on October 11, 2008. He was born in Hastings to Arthur and Louise Swanson on April 8, 1939. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; sons, Scott Swanson and Troy Mussehl; 3 grand children; cousin, Shirley Bachman; other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Fr. Jim Perkl, will be Tuesday (10/14) 9:30 am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 W. 15th St. in Hastings. Visitation Monday (10/13) from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at WISE FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 400 Spring St., Hastings and 1 hour prior to service at church. Pallbearers are Rob Swanson; Bruce Swanson; Gery Otto; Dennis Johnson; Eugene Rushon; and Blake Figg. Honorarary Pallebearers are Don Benzick and Robert Swanson. Interment Lakeside Cemetery.
