James J. Hill, age 54, of St. Paul, passed away at the VA Hospital in Minneapolis on February 20, 2010. James was born August 22, 1955 in Durand, WI to Donald and Beatrice Hill. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald. Survived by his mother, Beatrice (Putter) Bauer; sister, Debbie (Denis) Bilderback; step brothers, Randy (Trish) Bauer; and Joe Bauer; nephews, Chad (Jodi); Shane (April); Joe (Mollie); Jesse (Hollie); great nieces and nephews. Memorial Service, Sunday (2/28), 2:00 pm at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. Gathering 1 hour prior to service.
