Age 39, of Eagan, passed away after a brief illness on September 21, 2016. Preceded in death by her father, Jack Kovala. Survived by her mother, Carol Kovala, brother and sister-in-law Jeffrey and Nancy Kovala, extended family and many friends.Visitation and funeral services for Jaclyn will be held on Monday, September 26, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Road, Apple Valley, MN 55124, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am and funeral services at 11:00 am with a luncheon following. Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery, Apple Valley, at a later date. Memorials preferred to Lifeworks, 2965 Lone Oak Dr, #160, Eagan, MN 55121 or to Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church.
