Kovala, Jack W. “Chic”
age 75, of Apple Valley, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 19, 2013. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his wife of 44 years, Carol; children, Jeffrey (Nancy) and Jaclyn; 2 brothers, William (Elsie) and David (Debbie); nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Funeral service for Jack will be held on Monday, Sept. 23 at 11:00 AM, Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Road, Apple Valley, with his visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. Memorials preferred to Life Works, 2965 Lone Oak Dr., Suite 160, Eagan 55121, or to the church.
