Of Rosemount, MN. This dedicated roofer bravely battled cancer before passing peacefully. He is preceded in death by his parents, Art and Catherine. Ira is survived by his wife, Kathy; 4 children and their spouses; 7 grandchildren; 3 sisters and their spouses; and a brother-in-law and his spouse. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will by held for Ira on Monday, Dec. 23 at 11 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 13900 Biscayne Ave., Rosemount with a gathering of family and friends Sunday, Dec. 22 from 2-5 PM at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave., Apple Valley and one hour prior to the mass at the church. Inurnment at a later date.
