Carlson, Herbert F., age 91 of Mpls. on Jan. 21, 2012. Navy Vet WWII. Worked for Williams Steel and Hardware 48 years. Survived by nieces, Judy (Leonard) Lindquist, Linda (Bruce) Bloomquist; great-nieces, Amy Lindquist and Anne Bloomquist; great-nephews, Jon Lindquist and John (Sasha) Bloomquist; great-great-niece and nephew, and many friends. Service Thursday 11 AM, Hope Lutheran Church, 58th St. and Cedar Ave. S. Visitation 1 hour before service. Interment Lakewood. Memorials to U of M School of Nursing or School of Mathematics or Hope Lutheran Church.
