Helen M. Drake (nee Rowberg)
age 91 of Minneapolis, born June 29, 1920 in Hanley Falls, MN to Hardy & Alvhild Rowberg, passed away July 24, 2011. Helen spent some time as a missionary in Madagascar and also worked for the Billy Graham Association. She is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis; step-son, Darrell Drake; and all of her siblings. Helen will be missed by step-children: Marlys (Alden) Lamprecht, Beverly (Phillip) Gray, and David (Sandra) Drake; many step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 28, 2011 at St. Paul??(TM)s Lutheran Church; 1901 Portland Ave. So., Mpls. with visitation one hour before. Interment Lakewood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church.
