Hazel Cecelia Koehler

Koehler, Hazel Cecelia, age 101, of Mpls. Born Oct. 5, 1906 in Hoffman, MN to Eric Melin and Emma, nee Swedberg, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2008 surrounded by her loved ones. Preceded in death by her husband, Gerhard H. Koehler and his siblings, Inez (Gulstrand), Ellen (Kridler), Lloyd, Hildur (Carlson), Mildred (Klein) and Ray. Survived by sons, Gary M. (Donna), Dale G. and Steven D. (Barbara); daughter, Susan E. Finseth; grandchildren, Kurt, Kent and Christopher Koehler, Christina Boertje, Cooper and Daniel Finseth, and Emma and Eva Koehler; great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Ethan Boertje and Ryan Finseth; many nieces and nephews; numerous dear cousins in the US, Canada and Sweden. Visitation Sunday 2-4 PM, Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S. as well as Monday at the church one hour before the service. Funeral Services 1 PM Monday at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 2742 15th Ave. S., Mpls.
