Harlan James Sandberg
age 79 of Golden Valley, formerly of New Hope, born July 30, 1938 in Evansville, MN, passed away on June 23, 2018. Harlan is preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and James Sandberg, and brother, Lee Sandberg. He is survived by his wife, Judy (nee Fairbanks); daughters: Stacey (Jeff) Wickman, Betsy (Mark) Borseth and Molly Sandberg; grandchildren: Brittany and Jennifer Wickman, Nathan, Andrew, and Peter Borseth; brother, Bruce (Rosalind) Sandberg; sisters-in-law, Marian Locke and Linda Plummer; nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 28, 2018 with a visitation one hour before at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave. S., Mpls. Private Interment at Lakewood Cemetery. Memorials to Mount Olivet Lutheran Church Music Fund or Augustana Care Open Circle.
