Hallie C. Dawsey, age 71, formerly of Cottage Grove, died Saturday, November 1, 2008 at the Augustana Health Care Center in Hastings. He was born June 8, 1937 in Horry, South Carolina to Eleck and Gnita (Harrelson) Dawsey. He married Edith Leitl in 1957 and had worked in manufacturing prior to his retirement. Hallie was preceded in death by his parents and wife. He is survived by his son Randy (Dawn) Dawsey of Cottage Grove. No public services will be held. Interment will be at the Nola Cemetery in Park Falls, Wisconsin.
