H. Dorothy Braaten,
Age 91 of Mpls., born June 17, 1921 in Amery, WI, passed away Jan. 1, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard and son, John. Will be deeply missed by her daughters: Kristine (Robert) Ruminsky, Mary (Ralph) Peterson and Joanne (Greg) Pratt; daughter-in-law, Laureen Braaten; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Phyllis (Glenn) Hindal. She was actively involved in her church and a long time member of post #99, American Legion Women’s Auxiliary. A celebration of her life will be held at Hope Lutheran Church, 5728 Cedar Ave. S., Fri., Jan., 18, service at 11AM, with visitation one hour prior to service and lunch to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Hope Lutheran Church.
