Age 95 of Minneapolis, born Nov. 26, 1918 in Park Rapids, MN to Lawrence and Bessie Shearer, passed away May 30, 2014. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marion; son, Jeffrey, Sr. and all of his siblings. Grover will be dearly missed by daughter, Joni Shearer (Steve Dahl); grandchildren, Angela Shearer and Jeff, Jr. (Brenda) Shearer; great-grandchildren: Nicole, Ryan, Jared and Breanna; great-great-grandson, Jayden and numerous other nieces, nephews, family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00am, Tuesday, June 3, 2014 with visitation one hour before at St. Helena Catholic Church, 3204 E 43rd St., Mpls. Grover will be laid to rest with his wife and son at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights, MN.
