Greg R. Mullen
Age 64 of Apple Valley, born October 1, 1950 in Duluth, MN to Raymond and Phyllis Mullen, passed away April 8, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family. Greg actively served in the US Army during Vietnam. He was a true MN sports fan and enjoyed watching the North Stars, Wild, and Twins. His strength, courage, humor, and positive spirit is an inspiration to all those surrounding him. Greg’s love and pride for his wife, kids, and grandkids is a direct reflection of the amazing man that he was. He is preceded in death by his father, Raymond and first wife, Dianne. Greg will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Linda; children: Justin (Carey) Mullen, Kelly Mullen (Brian Horbal), Jennifer (Steven) Weyandt, Sarah (Eric) Stoodt, and Kara (Blake) Farber; grandchildren: Joe, Emily, Haylee, Julia, Grayson, Charlotte, Leo, Morgan and baby girl on the way; mother, Phyllis; siblings, Pam Rutka and Carlton Mullen and many other family and friends. Visitation, 2-5pm, Sunday, April 12 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. Funeral service, 11:00am, with visitation one hour before, Monday, April 13 at River Valley Church, 14898 Energy Way, Apple Valley. Greg will be laid to rest at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made.
