Schmidt, Grace Margaret “Maggie”

Age 83 of Apple Valley, passed away on Dec. 27, 2018 surrounded by the love of her family. Preceded in death by her husband, David and daughter, Karen. Survived by her daughters, Sue (Bill) Schnell and Mona (Phil) Young; grandsons, Myke (Jess), Adam (Kelly), Scott (Jessica), Konrad, Patrick, Ian and Riley; great-granddaughters, Samantha and Eleanor; sisters, Helen (Earl) Wendorf and Mary (Doyle) Potter; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation from 4-7pm on Wed., Jan. 2, 2019 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. Funeral at 11am on Thurs., Jan. 3 at Grace Lutheran Church, 7800 150th St W., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Through the grace of God our mother was able to share her sense of humor with us until the very end. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org/) and the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org/). This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
