Grace L. Bohlken

Grace L. Bohlken, age 94, of Hastings, diedWednesday, April 16, 2008 at the Ruth Home. Grace was born April 1, 1914 in Lake Elmo, MN to Garfield and Rose (Marty) Nippoldt. She was a graduate of Stillwater High School, class of 1932. Shewas a graduate of the St. Paul School of Beauty, and had also become a Licensed Practical Nurse. Grace hadformerly worked as the Superintendent of the Geriatric Ward at the Hastings State Hospitaland as a beautician with her own shop in Prescott, WI. Grace had married Paul H. Bohlken on December 8, 1937 in Loretto, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by hersonGary (Barbara) Bohlken of Omaha, NEand daughter Nancy (Mike) Langenfeld of Hastings; also 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service for Grace L. Bohlken will be held at 11:00 am Monday, April 21,2008at ST. PAUL�S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1048 No. Campbell, Prescott, WI. The interment will follow in the Pine Glen Cemetery in Prescott. The visitation will be held from 4-6pm Sunday at the CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. 7th St. Hastings and 1 hour prior to the Monday service at church.
