Gloria J. Dieterichs

Gloria J. Dieterichs, age 64, of Annandale, formerly of Hastings died December 16, 2008. Gloria was born October 17, 1944 in Emmetsburg, IA to Ishmeal A. and Barbara Helen (Williamson) Fetters. She was a 1963 graduate of Osage, IA High School and attended medical technician school in Minneapolis. Gloria married John W. Dieterichs on November 30, 1963 in Osage. They later owned and operated G I Upholstery in Hastings, prior to retirement. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; sister Barbara Fetters and brother Richard Fetters. She is survived by her husband John; children Rebecca J. Turner of Elk River, MN, Daniel J. (Barbara) Dieterichs of Belen, NM, Timothy J. (Tawny Karbo) Dieterichs of Monticello, MN, Joshua J. (Jeanna) Dieterichs of Ramsey, MN; also 11 grandchildren; and her 3 sisters Ruth Lightle of Aztec, NM, Marge Hemann and Janice Fetters of Rochester, MN. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Percy J. Damrow will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 19, 2008 at St. John�s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 202 8th St. West, Hastings. The interment will follow in the Lakeside Cemetery. The visitation will be held at the Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 E. 7th St., Hastings from 5-8 P.M. Thursday, and also 1 hour prior to the service at church. The pallbearers are Don Schwieger, Ned Pollard, Ed Dieterichs, Charles Brown, Kary Schwieger, Seth Robertsand Levi Dieterichs.
