Gloria A. Robinson

Gloria A. Robinson, age 87 of Hastings, died suddenly but peacefully on Saturday morning, May 23, 2020, at United Hospital in St. Paul. Gloria Ann, the daughter of James and Celeste (O'Halloran) Nilan, was born on June 22, 1932, in Hastings. Following her education, Gloria was united in marriage to Jack Robinson and he later preceded her in death. Gloria was dedicated to raising her children and would help her family in any way she possibly could. She loved playing bingo and cards any where she could, and was an extremely talented pianist. Gloria was a longtime employee of H.D. Hudson in Hastings until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack; children, Gary and Gloria; granddaughter, Madison; brothers, Michael and Teddy; sister, Mickey; brother-in-law, Tom Langeslay; and by her daughter-in-law, Margie. Gloria is survived by her children, Stephen (Don Kiser) Robinson, David Robinson, Karen (John) Medina, and Kathy Robinson; grandchildren, Gary (Holly) Robinson, Angela (Josh) Moseng, Paula Robinson, Justin Robinson, Ryan Medina, and Joshua (Cassie) Medina; great grandchildren, Anika, Alivia, Megan, RaShawn, and Brooke; sister, Judy Langeslay; and by many other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on June 5 from noon to 4:00 p.m. at Pioneer Park in Hastings, MN. Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings.
