Glen J. Carlson

Glen John Carlson, age 44 of Hastings, a very loving and caring husband and father, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014. Glen was born February 1, 1970 in Red Wing, MN to Richard and Irma (Hammerschmidt) Carlson. Glen married Heather L. Joski on April 29, 2006 in Hastings. He was employed with Matrix Communication in Plymouth as a telecommunications technician. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him. Glen is survived by his wife Heather; 4 children Rebecca (Emmanuel) De Los Santos, Nicholas, Michael and Megan; grandchildren, Marlena, Trinnity and Xavier; his parents Richard and Irma Carlson; sisters Theresa (Jon) Eclov, Barbara (Don) Musch, Maxine (Chris) Rose; brothers James (Michele), David (Jane), Eric (Amy) and Rick (Debra) Carlson. The Memorial Service, officiated by Rev. Ralph Olsen will be held 3:00 PM Friday, December 5 at St. Philips Lutheran Church, 1401 W Fifteenth St, Hastings. Visitation will be held from 1:30 PM Friday until time of service at church.
