Gladys E. Kottke,
age 88 of Minneapolis, born December 15, 1921 in Grove City, MN, to Charles & Augusta Madson, passed away November 7, 2010. Gladys was an active member and pillar of Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church and among many things, especially remembered for her involvement with the buffet dinners. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lester; son, Thomas; daughter, Linda; and grandson, Matthew. Gladys will be dearly missed by her children: Gary (Deana), Ronald (Lucy), James (Jackie), Karolyn (Dan) Flom, Diane (Jim) Pugh, Lesley (Dave) Cummings, Janelle (Jeff) Hallgren, Laurie Kottke; 16 Grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters; nieces; nephews; family and friends. Visitation is 4:30 ??” 7:30pm, Wednesday, November 10, at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls and also one hour before the service at church. Funeral service, 11:00 am, Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5728 Cedar Ave. South, Mpls. Interment Pleasant View Memorial Gardens, Burnsville.
