Gertrude Rydland, age 96 of Northfield, born November 5, 1909 in Aga Island, Norway to Johannes and Olena Rydland, passed away January 9, 2006. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton, and son, Kenneth. Gertrude is survived by her children: Genevieve (David) Quarberg, Ruth (Wallace) Hustad, Virginia Kelly, David Kelly and Joan Kelly; 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews and family. Memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 28, 2006 at St. Luke??(TM)s Lutheran Church, Franklin, MN.
