Age 63 of Apple Valley, passed away Oct. 18, 2018. Survived by his wife, Cathy; children, Lauren and Sam; daughter-in-law, Alison; and mother, Mary Lou. Jerry practiced dentistry for over 30 years in Eagan. Jerry’s life was filled with kindness, patience and integrity.
