Age 63 of Apple Valley, passed away Oct. 18, 2018. Survived by his wife, Cathy; children, Lauren and Sam; daughter-in-law, Alison; and mother, Mary Lou. Jerry practiced dentistry for over 30 years in Eagan. Jerry’s life was filled with kindness, patience and integrity. Memorial Service at 11am on Mon., Oct. 22, 2018 at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd, Apple Valley, MN, with visitation one hour prior.
