Polkinghorne, Gerald E,
Age 75 of Minneapolis, born August 11, 1937 in Bemidji to Jack & Irene, passed away on a fishing trip in Canada, September 24, 2012. Jerry was the former owner of the Parkway Motor Hotel & Canteen Caf?. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Sarah “Sally”; children: Gail Nissen, Steve (Alena) and Scott (Gretchen); grandchildren: Calvin, Lucy, Dylan and Olivia; brother, Richard (Barb) and a host of other family and friends. There will be a visitation 4-7 pm, Monday, Oct. 1 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls. The funeral service is 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at the funeral home with visitation one hour before. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery, Mendota Heights.
Burial Date October 2, 2012
and one hour before the service.
