Gerald Carl Larson

Gerald Carl Larson, 77, of Eagan, passed away Thursday, December 4. He was born January 29, 1937 in Baudette, Minnesota to Carl George and Hilda Cecelia (nee Olson) Larson. Gerald is survived by his wife of 47 years, Joyce, daughters Tammi (Paul) Hedtke, Jodi (Mark) Fendrich, and Juanita Larson, grandchildren Joshua, Brooke, Zach, and Mikaylah, sisters Eunice Hadlich and Jeanette (Delbert) Block, and brothers Leonard (Joydyce) and Eugene (Sandy) Larson. He was preceded in death by brothers Clarence and Arnold. Gerald served his country in the United States Army and worked at the Ford Assembly Plant in Saint Paul, retiring in 1994. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, and brother who was involved in his family’s life. Gerald was beloved by everyone who knew him. His gentleness and kindness will be forever loved and treasured. Visitation will be 4-7 PM Thursday, December 18 at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley, and 1 hour prior to a 10:30 AM Funeral Service, Friday, December 19 at the Mortuary. Interment with Honors will follow. (952) 432-2331.
