Gary L. Cran

Gary L. Cran, a tractor enthusiast, age 69, of Hastings, passed away August 22, 2010 at Angels Care Center in Cannon Falls. Gary was born in Hastings on June 17, 1941 to Rolland and Verna Cran. He married Jeannette Schwanz at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Paul on Sept. 19, 1970. He had a love of tractors that started with a toy tractor collection and ended with a collection of real tractors. Gary is survived by his wife, Jeannette of Hastings; children, Sara (Ken) Liebl of Dennison; and Donny Cran of Hastings; grandchildren, Emily; John; Joseph and Clare Liebl; brothers, Lauren (Dar) Cran of Hastings; and James Cran of Cottage Grove. Memorial Gathering, Wed. (8/25), from 4:00 - 8:00 pm, with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm, at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. Private Interment. Memorials Preferred.
