Frank M., age 82, of Apple Valley passed away on Nov 17, 2013. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Edna; his daughter, Diane (Mike) Vipond; his son, Gary (Pam) Mukai; 2 grandchildren, Mara and Nathan Mukai; a sister; 2 brothers; nieces, nephews and friends. Frank was a beloved husband, devoted father and grandfather who will be missed by all. Funeral services for Frank will be held on Thursday, Nov 21, at 11 AM at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave., Apple Valley with his visitation starting at 9 AM in the mortuary. Interment will follow in Ft Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Assoc.
