Frances W. Nadeau, age 94, of South St. Paul, passed away July 11, 2013. She was born to Fred & Bertha Ringling in Roseau, Minnesota on March 25, 1919.Frances is preceded in death by husband, Richard; Survived by daughter, Bee (Ed) Moe; 2 granddaughters; 4 great grandchildren. Private Family Services will be held. Interment St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Hugo. A very special Thank You to the staff at Southview Acres Health Care Center.
