Frances M.Frazier
age 72 of Minneapolis, born Jan. 20, 1939 to Clemon & Charlotte Rooney, passed away Dec. 15, 2011. She was known as “Noo-Noo” to her family and close friends. Frances is survived by son, Frank Jr. (Mona); daughters, Melanie (Lance), and Nicole and sister, Muriel. Frances will also be greatly missed by grandsons: Frank, III (Alicia), Cameron, and Lance; granddaughter, Jordan and great-grandson, Chase. Frances was preceded in death by her husband Frank Sr. and sisters, Voneida and Arlene. Funeral service, 4 PM, Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011 with visitation one hour prior to Services at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls. Interment, Grand View Park Cemetery, Hopkins at a later date. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers.
