PLEASE NOTE THE DATES FOR VISITATION AND FUNERAL SERVICEFlorence C. Siebenaler, age 92, of Hastings, died Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at the Cerenity Care Center in St. Paul. She was born August 19, 1916 in Hampton Township to Nicholas and Anna (Reuter) Pasch. She married Michael Siebenaler on June 15, 1935 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Trier. Florence had worked as a housekeeper at the Regina Residence until her retirement. She loved to play cards, be with her family, and talk on the phone.Florence was preceded in death by her parents; husband Michael on October 22, 1985; sisters Leona Phillips andMarie Matschina; grandson Kraig and granddaughter Mary; and daughter-in-law Tami. She is survived by sons Arthur (Rose Mary) Siebenaler of AZ, Francis (Kathy) Siebenaler of Stillwater, MN, Richard Siebenaler of Prescott, WI, Laverne (Patricia) Siebenaler of PA, James (Noreen) Siebenaler of CA; daughter Lou Ann Caneff of Hastings, MN; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; also special niece Marilyn (Ray) Pogue of St. Paul, MN.The visitation for Florencewill be held at the CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. 7th Street in Hastings from 4 - 8 PM Friday, SEPTEMBER 12th, and also 1 hour prior to the Saturday service at church. The Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 A.M. Saturday, SEPTEMBER 13th, 2008 at the ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2035 W. 15th Street in Hastings. The pallbearers are Jason, Brad, Brett, Todd, Kevin, Alan, and Scott Siebenaler. The interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
