Everett E. Mccarthy

Everett E. McCarthy, age 75, of Hastings, passed away Oct. 1, 2012 at Regina Medical Center. He was born in Swift County on October 29, 1936 to Robert and Frances McCarthy. He married Dorothy Diederich in De Graff, MN on November 14, 1959. Everett was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Joseph; John and George. Everett is survived by his wife, Dorothy; children, Robert (Michelle); Gerald (Terri); William; Edward (Denise); Evelyn (Bruce) Moore; Kenneth; Julie; and Eugene; 17 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Bernice (Robert) Wollschlager; and Dorothy Spiegel; brothers, Patrick (Elaine); James (Alesa); and Raymond (Diane) and sisters in law, Marcy and Barbara McCarthy.Mass of Christian Burial, Friday (10/5), 10:30 a.m., at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 W. 15th St., Hastings.
