Evelyn R. Wilson, age 92 of Hastings, died peacefully at Regina Senior Living on Sunday morning, October 29, 2023.
Evelyn Rosella, the daughter of John and Veronica (Schaak) Biskupski, was born on December 1, 1930, in Hastings. Following her education, Evelyn was united in marriage to Eugene Wilson February 7, 1948. Evelyn enjoyed going for walks, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jeannie Cupp; siblings, Richard, Mary, & John.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Pechacek, Janice Zaccardi; grandchildren, Tracy Hultman, Russel (Jean) Cupp, Jeremy (Dana) Pechacek, Chad (Vanessa) Pechacek, Jesse LaCoursiere, Andy (Danielle) LaCoursiere; great-grandchildren, Nolen, McKayla, Carter, Colin, Cooper, and Emelie; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Hastings, with Father David Hennen officiating. Private Family interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery Thursday, November 2 at 10:30 AM.
Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation for one hour prior to Mass at church on Tuesday afternoon.
Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hasting.
