Evelyn L. Poole

Evelyn L. Poole, age 83 of Rosemount, died suddenly on Monday, February 22, 2016 at her home.Evelyn Laverne, the daughter of Edwin and Adelaide (Thomforde) Niebeling was born January 8, 1933 in Lake City, MN. She married Lafayette Poole on September 8, 1951. Evelyn was a longtime nurses aide for over 30 years at United Hospital in St. Paul. She enjoyed reading, going for rides and loved football, especially the Green Bay Packers.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lafayette on July 28, 2001; and by several siblings.Evelyn is survived by her children, Mike of Farmington, Jeff (Debbie) of Montgomery, Nevada of Farmington, Vickie (John) Coss of Faribault, Brien (Deb) of Empire and Todd of Rosemount; her many grandchildren and great grandchildren; her siblings; and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.A private family graveside service will be held at Diamond Bluff Cemetery, Diamond Bluff, Wisconsin.Arrangements are being completed by Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home Cremation Services in Hastings.
