Evelyn A. Larson, age 92, formerly of South Minneapolis, born Jan 13, 1916 to John and Hattie Westlund in Centuria, WI, passed away Feb. 25, 2008. Evelyn was a resident of North Ridge Care Center in New Hope. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie; brothers: Silas, Herbert, Wallace, Severt, Stanley, Everet, Alden and Harvey; and sisters: Josephine, Violet and Hazel. Evelyn is survived by sister, Leone Wickboldt, and several nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service 11:30 AM, Saturday, March 1, 2008 with visitation one hour before at Minnehaha Communion Lutheran Church; 4101 37th Ave. S., Minneapolis. Evelyn will be laid to rest next to her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
