Eunice Christine Olson

OLSON, Eunice Christine (Anderson), age 88, of Pequot Lakes, MN passed away November 3, 2007 in Hastings, MN. She was born March 20, 1919 in Bancroft, South Dakota to Carl and Hilma Anderson and grew up in Goodhue, MN. She later married Forrest Olson. She and Forrest resided in Zumbrota, MN until their retirement to their lake home in Pequot Lakes, MN. Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Margaret Hanson, brother Edwin Anderson, son-in-law Dr. Raymond Dayton, and brothers-in-law Clyde Hanson and Ed Hughes. She is survived by her 4 children: Vicki Dayton of Hastings, Valerie (Tom) Skluzacek of Mendota Heights, Neil (Pat) Olson of Nisswa, and Tom (Cheri) Olson of Claremont. She is also survived by her sister Lillian Hughes of Roseville, 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and sister-in-law Viola Anderson of Hastings. The Memorial Service will be held 11am Saturday, November 10, 2007 at the CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. 7th St., Hastings with visitation 1 hour prior to service. A Private family burial will be held at Zumbrota Cemetery later in the day. (651) 437-9419.
