Emilie L. Radigan

November 21, 1991 — September 4, 2018

Emilie Radigan died suddenly on September 4, 2018, in Minneapolis, MN. Born on November 21, 1991, in Westerville, OH, Emilie is loved and survived by her parents Michael and Lynn Radigan of Westerville, OH; siblings Michael (Hannah Whistler), Erin, Molly, Mitchell, and Mandy Radigan, special love Mitch McMillan; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Stewart (Ted) & Jane Radigan of Cleveland, OH and John & Donna Witte of St. Paul, MN. Emilie lived her life fully and with determination & spirit. She is a 2010 graduate of Westerville Central HS and a 2014 graduate of the University of Minnesota where she was Creative Director of Trax, the student fashion magazine. She loved her family & Mitch and enjoyed a variety of pursuits including piano, books, theater, fashion, modeling, photography, art, travel & fine wine. In 2016 she realized a lifelong dream and traveled by herself to 34 cities in 13 European countries in 101 days. She followed that by moving to Melbourne, Australia for a year and interned with The OpMarket where you can see some of her talents on display in the blog posts during this time. She then returned to Minneapolis to determine her next adventure. Although her life was abruptly cut short due to an undiagnosed rare condition of Fibromuscular Dysplasia, Emilie’s life and love continue because of her incredible organ & tissue donation that gave many recipients their miracles through her generous gift. A celebration of Emilie’s life will be scheduled for early November 2018 in Columbus, OH with details to follow through social media. A memorial website has been created for those who desire to give monetary gifts and share memories. Information can be found at www.EmilieRadigan.com. The family is greatly appreciative of all the love and support they have received during this time.
