Elsie Leach

Elsie Lucille (Missie) Leach slipped peacefully into Jesus’ arms August 15, 2016, and joined the love of her life of 71 years Galen Leach. They were rejoined on their 71st anniversary. She leaves behind two sisters, her daughters and sons-in-law: Gail and Roger Collins, Allison and Phil Vandagriff, and Judy and Ken Kimmes, 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband Galen, her parents, grandson Erin Riley Collins, son-in law Darrel Sturdevant; and two brothers. A memorial will be held Saturday, August 20th at 11:00 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Gail Collins, 208 W. 14th St., Hastings, MN. Donations may be made in her honor in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer’s Association. The Wise Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
