Elmer S. “Tully” Tollefson
Age 92 of Minneapolis, born April 23, 1919 in Minneapolis to Sivert & Nannie Tollefson, passed away Sep. 8, 2011. Tully was a mason, and enjoyed his time with the Zuhrah Temple in the Zuhrah Shrine Drum Corps, Clowns and Zuhrah Shrine Vocal Quartet. He also enjoyed the time he spent as a realtor. Preceded in death by daughter, Marsha Ensor and son, Martin Elmer. Elmer will be dearly missed by wife, Gladys; sons, Melvin (Carol) and Mark (Caroline) Tollefson; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Strom and many other family and friends. A funeral service will be held 2:00PM, Tuesday Sep. 13, 2011 with visitation one hour before at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary; 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls. Interment, Lakewood Cemetery.
