Ellen H. Miller

Ellen H. Miller age 95 of Hastings passed away February 4, 2023 at home.

Ellen was a very modest kind soul who enjoyed volunteering for her community and church. She enjoyed spending time, traveling, reading, sewing, exercising, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Ida (Johnson) Sherrin; husband, Lawrence Corbin; Children, Chris Corbin, Beatrice Caneff; son-in-law, Tim Caneff; grandson, Danny Corbin; brother, Pat; sisters, Rhoda, Sylvia of Osakis.

Survived by her loving children, Patty (Randy) Dotson of Arizona, Jim (April) Corbin of Minnesota, Tom (Robin) Corbin of Hastings, Betsy (Mark) Winter of Hastings; 22 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Joanie Corbin; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service for Ellen will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Hastings with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will take place at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
