Elizabeth R. Durner, age 99, of Hastings, passed away March 17, 2013 at Regina Assisted Living in Hastings. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard; parents, 6 siblings; dear friends, Sam Weinblatt and Evelyn Gaarder; and other relatives and friends. Elizabeth is survived by her children, Connie (Mike) Tzenis; and son, Ron (Lynn) Durner; grandchildren, Jennifer (Gus) Stein; Joanna Tzenis (Dean Natto); Tyler Durner; and Kim Durner (Mike Allington); great grandchildren, Kaylin and Luke Stein; nieces, nephews and friends.A Funeral Service, officiated by Chaplain Deanna Moore, will be held on Wednesday (3/20) at 6:00 p.m., at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. on Wed. Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery.
