Elizabeth C. Lewis

Elizabeth C. 'Lil' Lewis, age 95, passed away at Emerald Crest in Burnsville, on September 2, 2017. Lil was the personification of the ultimate homemaker and loving matriarch who displayed life-long resiliency, determination, courage , and devotion. She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Dick. Survived by her sons, Bob (Susan), and Dick (Kathy); grandchildren, Libby (Lance), Dick (Tracy), Liz (Robb), Molly (Carlos), Chris (Melissa), Charlie, Pat (Dina), Katie (Dave), and Ann (Rich); great grandchildren, sister in law, Corrine Lewis; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Fr. Bill Murtaugh, will be held on Wednesday (9/6) at 3:00 PM, at Wise Family Funeral & Cremation Services, 400 Spring St., Hastings. A visitation will take place from 1:30-3:00 PM at the funeral home prior to mass. Interment, Lakeside Cemetery in Hastings. Memorials preferred to Emerald Crest of Burnsville, Elizabeth Lewis Memorial Fund.
