Powers, Eleanor “Nellie” Angeline
passed away peacefully on Nov. 25, 2018. She is preceded in death by husband, William Henry Powers; parents, Anthony & Aneila; and siblings, Walter, Alice, Elvin, Chester, Adele, Mitch, Jan and Tony. Eleanor is survived by daughters, Mary Jean (Bill), Ann (Jeff) and Teresa; sons, Bill and Jim (Julie); grandchildren, Hannah, Lauren (Matt), Jon, Michael (Melissa), Katie (Jason), Jamie (Aaron), Jenna (Corey), Maria, Will, Jennifer (Ben), Brianna and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Jake, Theodore, Joseph, Piper, Rosalie, Brookes, Avery, Cooper and Chase; sisters, Peggy and Audre. Funeral Service, 11 AM, Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls., with visitation one hour before. Lunch to follow. Interment 10:30 AM, Monday at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Due to Mary’s chemical sensitivities it would be greatly appreciated if guests would refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. Many Thanks.
