Elaine Spragg, age 86, of Cottage Grove, passed away July 4, 2010. Preceded in death by husband, Don; brothers, Bob; Carl; Richard; and Melvin. Survived by sons, Lee Burch; and Greg Spragg; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Helen (Harry) Daughtry; and Elsie (Ernie) Meadows; many nieces, nephews and friends. Private Family Services will be held at a later date. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery in So. St. Paul.
