Elaine M. Mingo

Elaine M. Mingo, age 65 of Hastings, died peacefully at home on Tuesday evening, May 4, 2021. Elaine Marie, the daughter of Othmar and Andrina (Gerold) Kuechle, was born on February 20, 1956, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Following her graduation from South St. Paul High School, Elaine was united in marriage to Michael Mingo in 1989. She was preceded in death by parents; son, Johnathan, siblings, Mark Kuechle and Dianne Taney. Elaine survived by her husband, Mike; daughter, Michelle Mingo; siblings, Mary Anderson, Jerry (Marcia) Kuechle, Don (Ann) Kuechle, George (Terry) Kuechle, Terry (Geri) Kuechle, Matt (Lynn) Kuechle, and Eileen Yunker; and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Hastings, with Father David Hennen officiating. Interment will follow at the parish cemetery. Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings, and for one hour prior to the Mass at church on Tuesday morning.
