Elaine A. Smith

Elaine A. Smith, age 72, of Hastings, passed away Jan. 25, 2012 at Regina Assisted Living. She was born in Spring Valley, WI to Joseph and Arlene (Carpenter) Kittilson. Elaine and John Smith were married on June 15, 1985 in Prescott. Elaine was a proud member of the Prescott United Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by husband, Jim Osdick; and mother, Arlene Kittilson. Elaine was survived by husband, John Smith; children, Chris (Lori) Osdick; Amy (Dan) Howard; Ronda Holovnia; Ron Smith; Lora (Paul) Wegleitner; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; father, Joe Kittilson; brothers, Bruce (Elizabeth) Kittilson; Gene (Janet) Kittilson; and Steve Kittilson; sister, Joan (Dave) Beying; other relatives and friends. Memorial Service, officiated by Gordon Gathright, will be held on Sat. (1/28), 11:00 a.m. at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. A Gathering of family and friends will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Interment Lakeside Cemetery, Hastings.
