Eileen L. Collier

Eileen L. Collier, age 83, of Hastings, died on March 31, 2008 at the Augustana Health Care Center in Hastings. She was born July 13, 1924 to Percy and Loretta (Vettling) Brock in Minneapolis. Her parents, brothers Donald and Vern, and husband Robert Collier preceded her in death. Eileen is survived by her 5 children, Rick (Claire) Peterson, Mark (Dawn) Peterson, Bruce (Joyce) Peterson, Laurie Buske, and David (Karen) Peterson; also 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A memorial service for Eileen and her husband Robert Collier will be held at the CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. 7th St., Hastings on Friday, April 4, 2008 at 2:00 PM, with a visitation held 1 hour prior to the service. A private interment will be held at the Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
