Edith "Edy" E. Olstad

Edith E. 'Edy' Olstad, age 82, of Hastings, passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on December 22, 2014. She was born in Verona, ND on September 21, 1932 to Edgar and Ethel Mailloux. Edith married David Olstad in Verona on June 23, 1951. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Rapheal; Hugh; Alan; Jack; and sister, Anita. Edith is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, David; children, Kathleen (Mark) Parsons; Rebecca (Brian) Racek; Diane (Pat) Maher; Julie (Ken) Banaszewski; Dale Olstad and Larry Olstad; grandchildren, Jodell (Jim), Jay (Anna), Dena (Sean), Devon; Kristina, Leah, John (Kim); Kari (Jason), Tara (Jason), Ryan, Laura; Jamie (Ben), Angie, David (Emily); 11 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
