Duane A. Marquette, age 50, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully at home September 17, 2020. He was born in St. Paul on November 24, 1969 to Gerald and Nancy (Lynch) Marquette. Preceded in death by father, Gerald. Survived by wife, Maggie; mother, Nancy Marquette; sisters, Jennifer (Bill) Peerboom; and Sarah (Greg) Giefer; nieces and nephews, Brady (Bailey), Hunter, Jadeyn, Kaela, Kyle, and Koby; great nephews, Jacob, and Charlie; other relatives and many close friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 24 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel, 3075 Vermillion St., Hastings. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
