Dr. Paul E. Lunde,age 79, a retiredHastings Chiropractorfor over 40 years, died Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at the Augustana Health Care Center.Paul was born February 2, 1930 in Willmar, MN to Theodore and Evelyn (Olson) Lunde. He married Virginia M. Hecker on September 24, 1960 in Hastings. He retired from his chiropractic practice at the age of 70 in 2000.He was preceded in death by his parents; and is survived by his wife, Virginia of Hastings and daughter, Nancy (Tom) Gallagher of Purcellville, VA.Interment was held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.A Memorial Open House will be held at the Hastings Country Club on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30 P.M.
