Dorothy McPhail, age 78 of Roseville, died peacefully on Monday evening, March 14, 2016 at J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota Dorothy Mae, the daughter of Benedict and Barbara (Sadlovsky) Bezenek, was born on June 20, 1937 in Grey Eagle, Minnesota. Dorothy wasalongtime employee in the food service and fashion industries with various companies. She love playing bingo and slot machines. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Brenda Smith and her brother, Ben Bezenek Jr. Dorothy is survived by her children, Bonnie Mitchell (friend Mark), John Bechtel (friend Kathy), Carla (Larry) Hunt and Don McPhail; her grandchildren, Christine, Leah, Shane, Brett, Amber, Eric, Jeff, Bryan, Wyatt, Kolton and Addyson; hermany great grandchildren; her friend, Barry Hanson; her siblings, Elaine Mathison and David Bezenek; son-in-law Joel Smith and by many other relatives and friends. Memorial visitation will be held 2-4 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2016 at Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home Cremation Services, 201 East Seventh St., Hastings, with graveside services following at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Cemetery, Hastings.
