Dorothy "Elaine" Burns, passed away on March 26, 2026 at St. Francis Medical Center in Shakopee, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Autism Speaks. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 11:00AM at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel-Anderson Chapel with a visitation starting at 10:30AM.
