Doris Mae Nelson
Age 91 of Bloomington, born January 9, 1924 in St. Paul, MN to Jens & Anne Hansen, passed away, February 6, 2015. Doris and her husband Nels were active with the American Swedish Institute for many years and were also members of Vasa Order of America.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Nels, daughter, Marilisa; brother, Bob Hansen and nephew, Michael Shroyer. Doris will be dearly missed by her sister, Muriel Shroyer; brother, James Hansen; and many nieces; nephews; family and friends.

Funeral service, 11:00am, Friday, Feb. 13, 2015 at Atonement Lutheran Ch., 601 E. Old Shakopee Rd., Bloomington. Visitation one hour before. Doris will be laid to rest with her husband, Nels and daughter, Marilisa at Lakewood Cemetery. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to: Fairview Hospice, Martin Luther Care Center, the church or ASI.
